My role at the company as a Product designer was to implement and make enhancements to the existing enterprise software, as well as analyze areas for pain points and inconsistencies.

While there, I helped design a new Prior authorization page that needed a more efficient and user friendly information architecture implemented because the current one was confusing users based on captured feedback we got from testing it out that interface with participants. I also designed a new section within the enterprise software for Prior authorizations labeled "Call and action notes" for prescribers which didn't exist before and allowed for prescribers to provide patients with in-depth details regarding their prescription requests so they know if their renewal requests have been approved or denied.

I was also an integral part of the design team that developed the internal RxSense app which later became MyRxplan and worked on component designs as well as designed the Claims and Benefits details pages of the experience. MyRxplan is available in the Apple app store today.
